The room was spacious. It was also super clean. The bed was very comfortable (i slept very well). The staff are very great.

There were limited elephants i could see. Only three elephants came twice a day for feeding. I also noticed bugs in my room. I even saw lizards during the night.

The staff greeted us with cute smiles upon arrival, swiftly managing our luggage. We received refreshing drinks and a comprehensive tour of the facilities. Our room featured a supremely comfortable bed and a amazing view. We conveniently ordered food and drinks via the complimentary phone provided, enjoying the excellent sound system.

The restaurant prices were slightly higher than average. It would have been helpful to know about this in advance.

The staff members were fabulous and smiling. They helped us with our bags, provided us with a beautiful drink and showed us around the location, therefore we felt welcome. Staff helped take videos and photos for us during the elephant feeding.

Decent Room, Disappointing Service

The rooms are quite large.

The staff was not particularly helpful. I had difficulty communicating with them in English. This is surprising for a hotel that promotes itself as a high-end resort.

lovely elephant sanctuary stay

friendly staff delicious food

the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout the resort. i particularly enjoyed the food available for breakfast and lunch, it seemed carefully made. the room had a view and a private pool, it was a relaxing experience. the workers addressed all our needs quickly.

i noticed a lack of shuttle services. taxis were expensive. this made it difficult to get around without incurring significant costs. better transport options are needed.
